Traveling & Work Seminar While Cleansing- The Warrior Way

Columbus and Hilliard Nutritionist and meal plansColumbus and Hilliard Nutritionist and meal plans

So from Thursday-Sunday I was on a road trip for a seminar in Pine Mountain, GA. The seminar was Enlightened Warrior Training. And it was awesome! My nutrition changed a little but I still got my Keto on and my Isagenix Cleansing on……No Treats just because your away from your normal routine. All it takes is planning and a mindset of I will not FAIL, Because I AM PREPARED!

Got questions about nutrition or what I’m eating, leave a comment.

Great blog! Do you have any recommendations for aspiring writers? I’m planning to start my own blog soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you recommend starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I’m totally overwhelmed .. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot!

I was curious if you ever considered changing the page layout of your website? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two images. Maybe you could space it out better?
