And those are just the physical, outside rewards. A lot of stuff on the inside has changed, including cholesterol profiles improving (good HDL and LDL going up, remember LDL is NOT BAD when its not oxidized), blood sugar levels stabilizing, triglycerides going down, and more and more.
Now whenever I’m not doing a specific challenge I typically eat 60% keto/lchf and the rest of the times paleo. Treat meals/days are very rare for me anymore, because I simply have no cravings; fat will do that because it is nature’s treat 🙂 Usually 1-4 times a month is good for me.
Plus some of the recipes you’ll gain access to actually taste like treats. Wait till you see my ‘ice cream’ recipe. Myself and family routinely eat pizza, pancakes, cake, brownies. All Keto-ized- no sugar, no gluten, no soy, no grain! You’ll get access to all those recipes as well!

I plan on doing this for the rest of my life, with little tinkering here and there to fine tune what’s best for me and my clients.
