    Iodine: The #1 Mineral? | Circadian Health Coach Jason Yun

    Let’s talk about Iodine

     

    The japanese women average 13.8 kgs of iodine /iodide per day.

     

    Iodine increases their ability to be myelinated well throughout their life. Women have a designed ability to myelinated less then men do due to the fact they have to propagate the human species.

    It is also why japenese women have some of the lowest rates of breast cancer and tend to live longer and healthier then most other cultures.

     

    Melatonin signaling loss causes estrogen levels to increase. Artificial blue light destroys melatonin signaling.

    When estrogen levels go up it lowers the ability to absorb IODINE from the gut. This happens in women and MEN!!

    But there is much bigger effect on women due to ovarian and breast cancer risk because both of those tissues concentrate iodine. This is where your BRCA risk shows itself big time. BRCA1 and BRCA2 are genes that produce tumor suppressor proteins– they help to repair damaged DNA, however without the proper signals from melatonin and iodine they cannot work properly and hence lead to genetic and mitochondrial alterations which could lead to ovarian or breast or another type of cancer risk. It sets up men for sleep apnea and higher levels of prostate cancer.

     

    It is published, but remember cancer is a billion dollar business— do they really want you to cure it or prevent it???

     

    However, it all begins with fake alien light.

     

    Anyone who has good iodine/iodide levels from their diet has an excellent DC Electric current throughout their body. and their brain.

    Dr. Robert O. Becker showed that this is the current that regenerates all tissues in humans while we sleep through a process known as autophagy.

     

    The best sources of iodine are going to be sea veggies (seaweed, kelp, algae, etc…) followed by certain types of seafood. Even though I eat seafood about 285-300 times a year I still take an Iodine supplement every night before bed. Check it out HERE, but it doesn’t replace your seafood and DHA consumption (NO FISH OIL)
