    WODIFY PR’S Weeks of  October 13th- October 19, 2019- Group Personal Training near Dublin, OH

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness, or our Improvement Warrior Online TrainingLBN Online Strength and Fitness Workouts, and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

     

    This week We had 23 new PR’s this week! Nice work for a transition week!  Nice job Caleb x 3, Ethan x 3, Mikayla x 3, Trace x 3, Travis x 2, Rae x 2, Cedric x 2, Abe, Me, and Jon,    WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week! 

     Only way to change that body is to do more then we have done before (weight, reps, time, sets, rounds). 

    This coming week we have a total 24 chances to hit a new PR. The PR’s you get means the stronger and fitter you are getting. And that is the fastest way to change your body. Plus your mental strength goes through the roof- It’s all about mindset! 

    Remember enter those numbers in! Keep striving for more! You want to change that body you must keep progressing!

    Happiness is something that you need to work on?. It’s just like anything else that you want in life. You want a better body???️‍♀️, you got to work at it and it’s going to take hard work. Nothing ventured nothing gained.

    Sometimes you’re not going to feel happy?. Perfectly fine. However most of your days should feel great and you should feel overall great. Our health can have a huge impact on our overall happiness, because if we feel like crap ?then we’re not going to be happy.

    Work on you and work on your life. Plan it day by day, and go after the life that you want to create. (Goal setting)
    ?
    Everybody needs a coach? to help them reach the next level. And that includes your levels of happiness. Because the areas we suck at we tend to procrastinate or hide from. However sometimes these are the areas that need to take a full front in our life because these are the areas that are crushing us.

    So if it is your health, Fitness, Nutrition, mindset then I’m here to help and there are thousands of others that can help. You are not in this journey alone!
