    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness, or our Improvement Warrior Online TrainingLBN Online Strength and Fitness Workouts, and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This week We had 25 new PR’s this week.  Nice job, Cedric x 4, Mike Mag x 3, Rae x 3, Brandy x 2, Karen x 2, Mason x 2, Tanya x 2, Vince x 2, Katie, Logan, Mike mc, Swathi, and Teresa! WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week! 

    Last week we had 9 PR’s as well. Nice job Brandy x 2, Mason x 2, Mike Mag x 2, Cedric, Penelope, and Tanya.

    Complainers don’t win!

    Hilliard, oh fitness classes for weight loss
    Stop the complaining and get to work on changing what you need to change. The more you complain about your situation and about your circumstances the less time you actually have to focus on and work on the things that you need to do.
    So a lot of people complain about the weather. Right now it’s snow oh, when it becomes the summer will complain about the Heat, is always something for the complainer to find and complain about.
    However if you are becoming Improvement Warrior and you want to become better then you need to stop that and just take the action. Because the weather is not going to change oh, it’s going to do what it needs to do because that is what mother earth needs. You are not more important than Mother Earth.??? Nobody is!
    So get outside in nature, the more you do the healthier you will be. Stop being a modern-day zoo animal. If you don’t like the cold or you get cold all the time that is an indication that your thyroid is messed up so you need to fix that oh, not with medication but with real solutions.
    And if you have any other disease or overweight stop complaining about that and do something! Talkin doesn’t get things done. We all have the same amount of time oh, not everything is going to get done! Just deal with it! The world? needs you to shine????? today
