    WODIFY PR’S Weeks of February 25th- March 2nd, 2019- Hilliard, Ohio Group Fitness Program

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness, or our Improvement Warrior Online TrainingLBN Online Strength and Fitness Workouts, and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This week We had 25 new PR’s this week! Nice job, Brandy x 4, Mike Mag x 3, Penlope x 3, Karen x 2, Penny x 2, Rae x 2, Tanya x 2, Sri, Swathi, Isaac, Mike Mc, Logan, Julia, and Tina. WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week!

    Embrace the suck!

    There are so many things that we want to accomplish in our lifetime, however a lot of people are not goal driven and they will just sit on their ass and not do anything. They will not and do not want to embrace the suck. And then of course you have the goal-driven people and these are the people you want to spend the most time with in order to change your life. These are the ones who will embrace the suck!

    You can become goal-driven at any time. I know I used to be the one who sat on my ass I did not have any goals. Worst time of my life. ?
    When you start anything you are more than likely going to suck at it. And there’s a process of becoming better and eventually great at anything. As I mentioned in the video Dave Tate a powerlifter has a list of going from the worst to the best. So the first step is you are shit ??then you suck then you are average then you are good then you are great then you are Elite.????

    However that is going to take gears and possibly decades depending on what you choose to go after. However what time will pass regardless of what you decide to do so go get your greatness! The world?? needs you to shine today???
