    WODIFY PR’S Weeks of March 25th- March 30th, 2019- Group Fitness, Hilliard, Ohio

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness, or our Improvement Warrior Online TrainingLBN Online Strength and Fitness Workouts, and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    This week We had 25 new PR’s this week!  Nice job, Cedric x 3, Brandy x 2, John x 2, Penelope x 2, Penny x 2, Will x 2, Corey, Drake, Jon, Michelle, Rae, Vince, and me x 6. WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week!

    It starts with circadian biology

    It’s important to get outside and see the sunrise every single morning for the rest of your life because it is basically setting your eye? clock up for success and letting it know that it is morning time and it is time to turn on the hormone Factory, aka the ✔correct ✔Factory, in order to start Conquering the day.

    Even when it is raining it’s important to get outside and make sure that your eye?? clock is seeing what time it actually is. Because your brain will know what time it is just by being outside.

    However if the first thing that you see when you wake up is either your? phone, blue light circadian rhythm you turn on a blue lights? , your alarm clock, Etc. Then you just told your body and eyes that it is 12:00 noon and that is a huge circadian mismatch.???

    The more mismatches that we have in our life then the faster we will get hit with symptoms of a disease and also the actual disease.??
    ?
    Mother Nature? makes no mistakes. Humans make them all the time. Learn from them if you better today then you work tomorrow! The world ?needs you to shine today???
