    WODIFY PR’S Week of December 24th-December 29th, 2018- Hilliard, Ohio Group Fitness & Nutrition classes

    Below are the Personal Records (PR’s) for this past week in class.

    We track our strength exercises, weight, time, and metcons (metabolic Conditioning) through Wodify. 

    The workouts we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness, or our Improvement Warrior Online TrainingLBN Online Strength and Fitness Workouts, and also our Youth classes in Hilliard, are not simply workouts. You are always training for something. Whether it is the FitRanX assessments that we do every phase, or hitting a new PR, or reaching a new low in body fat, or dropping the inches or clothes sizes– there is always a purpose, always a goal for training.

    We had 5 new PR’s this week.  Nice job, Brandy, Tanya,  Cedric, Jon, and Zach!  WHoooo! Congrats to all the new PR’s this week!

    People (who aren’t already engaged in a health program) are going to start thinking about their fitness and nutrition goals.Â
    My advice is stop thinking and take action.Â

    If you are overweight and you have belly fat then you are insulin and leptin resistant, which means you are pre-diabetic (if you are not full blown diabetic already). The more your belly sticks out the more and longer it means your liver has worked (OVER-WORKED), it’s just a matter of time before it or another major organ or major disease pops up for you.

    If you have never worked out, or haven’t worked out for a long time or only work out occasionally (Weight training specifically), or again you are overweight then the start of bone disease has already started.Â

    If you eat lots of carbs (proccessed, grains, fruit, etc…..), then all of the above is happening. Plus, if you continue on your path then say hello to dementia or Alzheimer’s later in life (and not as later as you think because it’s starting to show up in people in their 40’s and 50’s now because something else is going on other then food…….Alzheimer’s will become the #1 killer in America in the next 10-20 years.Â

    The main point is do something now to get healthy and stay healthy. Most diseases today are mitochondrial and epigenetic, not genetic……epigenetic means your lifestyle and environment you put yourself into determines what’s coming for you.

    Starting anything new is never easy, however either is getting sick.

    And you can never get better in the same environment you got sick in.

    Change your life now. I’m here to help! Let’s do this!
