    It is Transformation Friday!!

    I love sharing success stories because it makes other people have hope & belief that anything is possible. It even inspires me to ask ‘am I doing all that I can with my health and body?’

    Remember though- the most important transformation must always take place in your mind. That is where it starts…….. TFAR- Thoughts…….Feelings…….Actions……..Results.

    Without a mindset change, it is not possible to succeed at transforming whatever you want to transform. Luckily, I can help you with both the mental & physical transformation!

    Let’s take a look at this week’s transformation…

    Michael Liberman

    Today’s transformation comes from Michael Liberman all because he said Yes to our nutritional cleansing and superfoods program.

    He says it best:


    This is what 55 is. It’s now been a little over 3 years, and I’ve never felt better. I just completed my 8th 16-week Challenge, and started my 9th. I often wonder what my life would be if I hadn’t said yes. I know I wouldn’t feel the best I’ve ever felt, and it just keeps getting better.     Today’s transformation comes from Teri Thomas all because she said Yes to our nutritional cleansing and superfoods program.

    She says it best:

    When I took this dreaded “Day One” photo, I was so nervous yet excited to think just maybe I could lose a few pounds…but I NEVER DREAMED in a million years I would EVER show ANYONE my first “before” photo nor would I have EVER DREAMED I would lose 70 pounds and many inches!!

    Although I haven’t been working out much these last couple of weeks, I am choosing to be happy with how far I have come. It is so easy to tell ourselves we aren’t good enough, strong enough, or should this or should that, or many of us love to compare ourselves to others, but all we really should do is compare to where we were yesterday and what we can do today to better ourselves. I am forging ahead, continuing to make small changes and definitely will be continuing with my goals and rocking out the rest of my challenge. I appreciate everyone’s support during this amazing journey to a healthier ME…I couldn’t have done it without YOU!

    All starting points will incorporate the vital mindset shift training as well.

    No matter which option you decide to start with I will follow up with you with the other because it is all inclusive. Can’t be your best with just one and not the other.

    I realize some people are at a point where they cannot physically workout, if that is your situation, that is ok, we will use nutrition until you are able to.
