      Deep Squat: (Feet on ground)
      1. Tibia and upper torso are not parallel, Femur not below horizontal, knees not aligned over feet
      2. Tibia and upper torso are parallel, Femur not below horizontal, knees not aligned over feet
      3. Tibia and upper torso are not parallel, Femur not below horizontal, knees not aligned over feet
      4. Tibia and upper torso are parallel, Femur below horizontal, knees and dowel aligned over feet

      4th attempt I would have scored a 3.

      Deep Squat: (Feet on 2×4)
      1. Tibia and upper torso are not parallel, Femur not below horizontal, knees and dowel aligned over feet on 2×4
      2. Tibia and upper torso are parallel, Femur below horizontal, knees and dowel aligned over feet on 2×4
      3. Tibia and upper torso are parallel, Femur below horizontal, knees and dowel aligned over feet on 2×4
      4. Tibia and upper torso are not parallel, Femur not below horizontal, knees and dowel aligned over feet on 2×4
2nd attempt with feet on 2×4 was perfect, I would have scored a 2.

      Hurdle Step:
First attempt was a 3 on both feet.
Your Left foot both attempts: minimal movement in lumbar spine, dowel and hurdle remain parallel feet remained in sagittal plane
Your Right foot: first attempt was good (3), the second it went around the plane (1), you were unstable and you knocked kit over (1)

      In-Line Lunge:
      1. 3 Minimal torso movement, Feet remain in sagittal plane, knee touches.
      2. 3 Minimal torso movement, Feet remain in sagittal plane, knee touches.
      3. 2 Lean too far forward
      4. 1 Loss of balance
      5. 2 Lean too far forward
      6. 2 Knee did not touch board
      7. 1 Loss of balance

      Shoulder Mobility Distance:
      R – 2
      L – 2
      Active Straight Leg Raise:
3 on both legs. This I just eyeing with without actually being able to measure but it appears that with both legs Jason was able to raise his leg to the point where his malleoli resides between mid-thigh and ASIS

      Trunk Stability Push Up:
First 3 attempts I would have given a 3, thumbs above the head with body moving all as one unit up and back down. The next 2 would be one, because the body did not move up as a whole, head dropped and shoulders went first.
When the hands moved to the chin the first attempt was very weak, I would give it a 1. The next one I would score as a 3. And the last 3 I would have given a rating of 1.

      Rotary Stability Quadruped:
I am a little confused because I’m not sure what to could as an attempt, are a lot of attempts in this video which confuses me. When trying the unilateral only the 5th and 8th attempts were a 3, the rest were a 1. When trying the diagonal the first did not touch, so 1 the second was a 2 and the last the elbow touched to mid-thigh so I would give that a 1.
