Fall down 8 times, get up 9 is a mindset
But so is fall down once and quit
Let’s explore the differences
Excuses are a significant barrier to personal growth. Some common excuses include “I don’t have enough time,” “I’m too tired,” and “I don’t have the resources.” These excuses stem from indecision and a lack of commitment.
When you say, “I don’t have enough time,” you’re prioritizing other activities over your goals.
The truth is, everyone has the same 24 hours in a day. It’s about how you allocate that time. Similarly, “I’m too tired” often means you haven’t prioritized your health or rest.
When you don’t smoke, but really do.

Lack of resources is another crutch; many successful people started with nothing but determination and a strong mindset. Recognizing these excuses is the first step towards eliminating them.
My first step was going to the library and ‘hiring’ my ‘coaches’ on CD- Tony Robbins and Rhonda Byrne. Me talking to myself all day was putting jsut pure negative crap in–day in and day out.
Mental chatter must change in order to change!!
A coach can help you identify these patterns and create strategies to overcome them. Don’t let excuses sabotage your potential.
Take action now and start training your mind and body to kick ass in life.
Indecision can be paralyzing, preventing you from taking necessary steps towards your goals. The cost of indecision is often greater than the cost of making a wrong decision. When you’re indecisive, you waste valuable time and energy that could be spent on productive activities.

Opportunities pass by while you remain stagnant.
This leads to regret and missed chances for growth and improvement.
Additionally, indecision can erode your confidence, making it even harder to make decisions in the future. Dopamine, the brain’s ‘feel-good’ neurotransmitter, plays a crucial role here. When you avoid making decisions, your dopamine levels drop, leading to decreased motivation and making future decisions and actions even harder. Even checking off a to do list item will help to raise your dopamine and make you feel better about yourself.
A coach can help you break this cycle by teaching you how to make informed decisions and take decisive action. By training your mind to focus and act, you can overcome the paralysis of indecision. Remember, the time will pass anyway; it’s better to move forward, even if the path isn’t perfect, than to stay stuck in uncertainty.
Take control and start making decisions that propel you towards a better life.
Training your mind for success is crucial for overcoming excuses and taking action. Start by setting clear, achievable goals and visualizing your success daily.

Visualization helps create a mental image of your desired outcome, making it more tangible and attainable. Positive affirmations are another powerful tool. Repeating phrases like “I am capable”, “I am an Improvement Warrior,” and “I achieve my goals” can rewire your brain to focus on success rather than failure.
Mindfulness and meditation can also enhance mental clarity, reduce stress, and improve decision-making abilities.
A coach can guide you through these practices, ensuring you stay on track.
Additionally, surround yourself with positive influences who encourage and support your journey. Remember, training your mind is an ongoing process. Consistency is key. By adopting these techniques, you’ll build a resilient mindset that empowers you to kick ass and achieve your dreams.
A coach can be a game-changer in your journey towards success.
They provide personalized guidance tailored to your unique challenges and goals. One major benefit is accountability. A coach ensures you stay committed and consistent, helping you overcome procrastination and indecision.

They offer an objective perspective, helping you identify and eliminate excuses that hold you back. Life coaches also teach valuable strategies for training your mind, such as goal-setting, time management, and stress reduction techniques.
Learning the habits of circadian biology are also crucial. Because if you don’t eventually things will break down. This is the elephant in the room….you can only push against the elephant for so long before he starts pushing back
And nobody is strong enough to stop the elephant.
The ‘elephant’ can be many things….but once circadian rhythms go out of whack, mitochondria start malfunctioning, hormones go haywire, energy vanishes, etc…. then it is super hard to get back to normal using conventional methods.
It’s like you sprain your ankle and need crutches to walk. Only you never take the crutches off.

Training your body is just as important as training your mind when it comes to achieving your goals. Physical fitness enhances your mental clarity, energy levels, and overall mood (releases beta endorphins), making you more equipped to tackle challenges.
I believe the 2 best ways to train mental toughness is cold exposure and tough workouts.
But not everybody should be working out. Hormones out of whack and you go do a crossfit or bootcamp workout = even more whacked out hormones. Weight training and exercise is a stressor…just like cold exposure is.
This is one of the biggest things I have learned and was doing wrong for years.
You can get strong and fit and still have jacked up hormones.
You can lose weight and still have jacked up hormones
Fix the hormones first, then start your training.
It’s essential to recognize that while excuses can sometimes be valid, they often hinder your progress. In certain situations, excuses might be necessary for self-care or preserving mental and physical health. For example, taking a break because you are genuinely exhausted can prevent burnout and long-term damage. However, the habitual use of excuses as a way to avoid discomfort, challenges, or growth opportunities can keep you stagnant.
Understand the fine line between a legitimate reason and an excuse. Ask yourself:
Is this excuse protecting my well-being, or is it just a way to avoid discomfort?
Am I using this excuse to procrastinate on something that will ultimately benefit me?
Is there a way to address my concern without completely halting my progress?
Excuses can sometimes serve as a defense mechanism to protect us from perceived threats. Recognizing and addressing these fears head-on can pave the way for personal and professional development.
Ultimately, the goal is to achieve a balance. Allow yourself grace in moments of genuine need but challenge yourself to break free from unnecessary excuses. Growth often comes from pushing past your comfort zones and embracing the discomfort that leads to greatness. Remember, the journey towards improvement is ongoing, and every step forward, no matter how small, is a victory. Take ownership of your actions, be honest with yourself, and strive for consistency. By doing so, you’ll transform excuses into opportunities for growth, leading to a more fulfilling and successful life.

We must liberate our minds from the shackles that hold us back. Mind files. That must be taken out and reprogrammed.
Victim mentality
Monkey mind
Whatevr you want to call it.
The jopurney of self-healing starts in the mind.
Once we realize that we possess the power to change, we can then become an unstoppable force.
