    Down below is the recipe for the Egg Pizza Jason made during the segment as well as some helpful getting healthy and strong in body/mind.

     

    Recipe: Low Carb Egg ‘Pizza’ (actually tastes great hot or cold)


    Ingredients For Egg Pizza:

    • 1 tsbp organic coconut oil for greasing the pan (or healthy approved oil (i.e butter, ghee, avocado oil, etc……
    • 2 eggs beaten
    • 4-6 grape tomatoes- sliced
    • 4-6 black olives- sliced
    • 3-4 slices of pepperoni (I cut the pepperoni in 3’s)
    • 1-2 ounces mozzarella- cut in cubes
    • 1/4-1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt or to taste
    • 1/4-1/2 tsp oregano or to taste

    Directions for Egg Pizza Recipe:

    • Preheat oven broiler
    • Preheat stove medium heat with 7-9 inch skillet with coconut oil
    • Mix eggs in bowl. Once oil is melted add eggs in skillet
    • Slice olives, tomatoes, pepperoni, and mozzarella
    • Once bottom of egg has set, add in olives, tomatoes, and pepperoni in any fashion you like. Add mozzarella on top last.
    • Cover skillet and let cook another 2-4 minutes.
    • Once cheese starts to melt take skillet and place in oven under broiler for 2-3 minutes. Cheese should be completely melted and slight brown on top.
    • Serve and enjoy.

    • Carbs: 6.2 (2.9 fiber) 3.3 net carbs
    • Fat 49 g
    • Protein 50.5 g

    Wife gave this low carb/keto recipe a 9.0 and myself a 9.3. Looks like we found another family go to recipe.

    This recipe is also extremely versatile. Don’t like tomatoes and olives then add something you do like. Don’t like pepperoni then add bacon or sausage or just go cheese. The variations are only limited by your mind.
