Over on Doctor Mercola’s website he has gratefully decided to share with us the full documentary of Cereal Killers. It is free until July 4th.
You can watch the preview for the movie here. After the 4th the movie can be purchased for $14.99, which in my opinion is a great investment in your health.
Cereal Killers:How to Eliminate Sugar and Grains.
Yekra Player
Yekra is a revolutionary new distribution network for feature films.
The film follows Donal – a lean, fit, seemingly healthy 41 year old man – on a quest to hack his genes and drop dead healthy by avoiding the heart disease and diabetes that has afflicted his family.
Donal’s father Kevin, an Irish gaelic football star from the 1960s, won the first of 2 All Ireland Championships with the Down Senior Football Team in 1960 before the biggest crowd (94,000) ever seen at an Irish sporting event.
When Kevin suffered a heart attack later in life, family and friends were shocked. How does a lean, fit and seemingly healthy man – who has sailed through cardiac stress tests – suddenly fall victim to heart disease?
Can a controversial diet consisting of 70% fat provide the answers?
Or you can continue to read the blog posts and videos that I create about this topic. I have been on a personal crusade against carbohydrates and especially high consumption (over 100 grams a day).
I’ve left even more resources down below.
But in my Sugar: Slow Suicide presentation I asked the audience: ‘Can you name me any ‘healthy’ cereal?’
And the answer is NO!
You cannot name a healthy cereal because one does not exist. They are all highly processed carbs that are helping us get fat, and sick.
Watch the documentary, spread the word. The change needs to happen.

I want to get this information out there! The quicker it spreads the better, especially for children. I do nutritional talks for companies and organizations and would be happy to do it for yours. You can request me here.
