All Natural Better’n Peanut Butter

More fat fearing going on. Defatted peanuts to make the All Natural Better’n peanut butter.

Peanut butter normally has 16 grams of fat per 2 tablespoons.

I saw this at Aldi’s and needed to post about it. So sick and tired of the low fat domination of the media, big food marketing, and in most people’s minds.

I will not stop until fat and high fat diets are the norm.

Fat is healthy. Carbs– processed carbs, whole grains, and sugar are the enemy. They are the reason people are sick and fat.

‘85% less Fat, 100 calories per serving, made with real peanuts, low sodium.’

This isn’t the 90’s.

Thanks for the sensible critique. Me & my neighbor were just preparing to do some research about this. We got a grab a book from our local library but I think I learned more clear from this post. I’m very glad to see such magnificent info being shared freely out there.

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this matter to be actually something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me. I’m looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
