What’s up, Improvement Warrior! Jason Yun, I’m back with you again. I hope you’re having a
fabulous day. Welcome to the Improvement Warrior podcast, episode number 31. This one is
going over sunglasses, sunglasses part one. It is the first part of a series that I’m calling
‘Unknown Death Causers.’ It’ll be at least four parts and like I said this is just part one of
Sunglasses, I think I went into five, four, or five reasons why sunglasses are bad for your health,
and yeah it’s a good one.

“The webinar and Improvement Warrior University You can go to
improvementwarriorfitness.com/iwufb, but otherwise what’s happening in my life, I recently
went to the dentist and then walked out of the dentist, because they tried to force me to or
they wanted me to get X-rays. It’s been since 2018 that I did that, I haven’t had X-rays with
them and yeah I told him I was not going to have the X-rays. The last time I went, I just filled
out a waiver, I asked him for the waiver again and they said they can’t do it and all this stuff.
And yeah, and they brought the dentist in, it was the first time I was meeting this dentist, and
she went into blah…blah, she said, “Our X-ray machine is low radiation,” and then she said, “you
getting more radiation from being in the sun for two hours.” It was like, now I can go into
lecture mode and just be completely rude to this person but I just basically rolled my eyes
because I mean if she thinks that and said that, there’s no way I was going to penetrate that
skull.

I’m looking for a new dentist. I posted on the Mitochondriac group, and they said, “Yeah, find a
new dentist because they should offer you a waiver.” I understand dentists are like any other
doctor; they’re trying to get you to do the things that are going to cost the most money for your
insurance, and their million-dollar X-ray machine is something that costs extra money. I’m
looking for a new dentist. If you know one in the Columbus, Ohio, New Albany Ohio area,
please let me know.

Otherwise, I’m still reading ‘The Circadian Code,’ with about 10 more pages left. And then, I
have a new book that’s going over the prison system of schools. Looking forward to getting
into ‘Circadian Code’ it’s a good book, but there are some things in there that I do not
recommend or do not agree with but I’ll go over it in a book review here in the future, yeah I
also lost some podcasts show notes I had a dedicated server and then I canceled that server.
But, before I canceled it, I did not get the backup, I lost the last podcast episode, ‘The Pub’
podcast episode 18 (‘My Healthy Habits’). I lost everything from when I was fired for the (‘Blue
Blockers’) episode 19 up to episode 29. But, I’ll get them back up eventually, yeah sucks, lost a
lot of things and it’s causing me to do a lot of extra crap on technology and stuff. But, we got a
new affiliate as well. It’s called Tap Zap from solar-powered Rusty, a fellow mitochondria.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for Android, which is what I have. It works for iPhone, but it’s you
just tap a button on it’s just the app, you just tap a button it takes off the EMF, Bluetooth, and
all that stuff. Apparently, on Apple, if you push the Bluetooth off, it doesn’t turn it off
completely. It’s just stupid, and they’re making the phones stupid and I had to get a new phone
over the spring break. The new phones, don’t have the audio jack anymore.

They’re trying to get people to go into the airpod mode, and the wireless and all that stuff. But, I
still was able to connect the jack, you just got to buy a connector and all that stuff, but that’s
why they’re doing EMF trying to destroy us, trying to control us, but otherwise, check out Tap
Zap it’s improvementwarriorfitness.com/solarpowered

I’m always looking for the five-star reviews. We can get this podcast out there and people can
listen, they can change their minds, raise their dopamine levels, build that solar callus, become
optimal, and thrive. Just go to your favorite podcast app, rate it five stars, and leave a review—I
would appreciate that very much. Otherwise, if you are not subscribed to the Improvement
Warrior podcast, make sure you subscribe. Otherwise, let’s get into the podcast going over
sunglasses and why do they suck for your health?

Hey, what’s up, Improvement Warrior! Jason Yun is back with you again. Welcome to the
Improvement Warrior University webinar of the week, and it is also the podcast it’s
Improvement Warrior podcast episode number 31. Today I am going to be talking about
sunglasses, and this will be a series of podcasts and webinars that I do going over unknown
death factors, things that slowly kill us that we do not know, but I am trying to bring to the
forefront, I’m Jason Yun, and I am the OG.

Improvement Warrior and Mitochondriac, and I’ll be hosting the webinar podcast tonight, and also
the Q&A. There will be an open Q&A at the end, and I’ll take you through a health journey—a real
health journey—so I was lied to as most people were and are about what it takes to get healthy
and be healthy, and that’s why I never stopped searching for the real truth, and I always take
action on what I learn and either implement, discard, or save for later, if you are watching the
replay or we’re listening to the podcast, don’t forget to invite your friends and family into my group
they can catch all the past and future webinars.

If you do need additional help or coaching, reach out to me and I will find what’s the best fit for
you based on your goals and your starting point, and with that, let me pull up my unknown death
causes. Sunglasses are the first one, let me start by saying nobody has a weight problem, no
matter what they have or what you have. A weight problem is a hormone problem that ultimately
ties to and can be a synonym for a circadian rhythm malfunction, and if you have that, it means
you have something mitochondrial, and the good thing is mitochondria can be fixed, and that can
be equated to every single disease. Either hormone problem or circadian rhythm malfunction,
you’ve got autoimmunity, you’ve got heart disease, cancer, diabetes, stroke, Alzheimer’s, MS,
ADHD, and the list goes on and on.

Every single one will have a different amount of mitochondrial issues and a circadian rhythm
malfunction, with any disease there will also be other causes and the environment is the biggest
thing. Now if you’ve listened to webinars before, watched videos, and listened to my podcast
before you have heard me talk about the environment. And it will certainly be key in these
upcoming unknown death podcasts because it is crucial to get your environment correct. You
could have two people or three people or four people living in the same house in different rooms
and they can be in completely different environments.

Some of those environments will link together, but some will be very different based on a certain
person’s habits. Your environment is important for our epigenetics, Epi what? Everyone knows
about genetics and everybody knows about ‘rDNA’. That is our nuclear genome but what most
people do not know is that we have a second genome and it is a mitochondrial genome and it is
‘mtDNA’ for short. The mitochondrial genome has 37 genes that it controls, and that’s it versus
the thousands that the nuclear genome controls, just 37 genes, but 13 of those genes, almost
one-third of them are in charge of energy production and of the electron chain transport proteins
inside of our mitochondria. As the respiratory proteins inside your mitochondria start to stretch
out, you start to get sick, and eventually, you get full-blown diseases if it is not corrected ASAP.
The distance between your respiratory proteins is known as heteroplasmic, and the higher your
percentage of heteroplasmic gets, the worse the disease or diseases get for you. And that’s
when a heart attack can take you out or a stroke can take you out. That’s why being sick and
staying sick is never a good idea. The environment that you put yourself in is going to
determine if you shrink or grow your heteroplasmy and that’s a good thing we can stop the
progression of the heteroplasmy and we can start to reverse it. Depending on where you are in
your life and your disease progression.

We cannot keep the heteroplasmy small forever. Nobody can do that in this modern-day
microwaved world, we can’t live forever, with that said one of the worst environments that you
can put yourself in is outside with sunglasses. Being outside without sunglasses is a very
different environment. Imagine two people outside in the middle of summer, one has
sunglasses and one does not have sunglasses, that is an environment where one is good and
one is bad. Now, sunglasses, we’re going to get into the reasons why they suck. I think I have
five or six reasons why they suck, and there is more. This is going to just be part one of the
sunglasses episode, reason number one, sunglasses suck is circadian rhythm destruction.
Circadian Biology is the number one pillar of my 14 Pillars of Health webinar. You can check
that out at improvementwarriorfitness.com/14pillars or it’s in the Improvement Warrior
University group under Circadian or the 14 Pillars of Health guide. Basically, in a nutshell, we
run on a 24-hour clock. Some processes are not exactly 24 hours, but basically every 24 hours
we have new processes or the processes start over, and the processes should run, just like a
clock. Midnight always happens at midnight it’s not what 1 am or 1 pm it happens at midnight
well all the processes inside of us run off of those clocks.

Your master timepiece is our ‘SCN’ which sits right behind our retina and most people don’t
know that the retina is part of the brain, not the eye. , certain things happen when it is light
outside, and certain things happen when it is dark outside, yin and yang darkness is just as
important as light. I always stress the most important thing for any living creature with
mitochondria especially for a mammal. We are mammals, seeing the sunrise with Naked Eyes.
if you’re watching the video, you see that I have blue-blocking glasses. They block the blue
light when the sun is down. That is the most important time to block blue light and that will be
a future episode of unknown death causes as well now.

Naked Eyes, what does that mean? That means no sunglasses, no contacts or eyeglasses.
Eyeglasses should be pulled down when you are outside viewing Sunrise, the most important
thing for our health contacts; they should be a thing of the past if you truly want to be healthy.
The cornea gets its oxygen from the air, do you think putting a suction cup over your cornea is
a wise decision? It is not. It makes it hypoxic or pseudo-hypoxic, basically meaning it cannot
breathe properly, and over time, that affects the eye, which is the most important.

I always say it’s the most important thing for health; it’s the most important organ, muscle,
whatever you want to call it, but it’s the most important thing for health, and it’s also the most
important thing for disease. Because if you have eye problems and your eye problems get
worse over time, then that’s going to lead down to the rest of the body the eye is the Gateway
into the body to talk to the body, basically, your SCN (suprachiasmatic nucleus), and also your
skin is trillions of little eyes and little mouths they are seeing and feeling the color temperature
of the
Sun, if you put sunglasses on, that signal will be destroyed. The ‘SCN’ talks to all the other
clocks to tell it what it is sensing from the environment. Sunglasses are going to block
communication between our skin and our eyes. Remember, the skin is the largest organ.
Sunglasses also tell our brain that it is dark outside when it is sunny. Light and dark play vital
roles in our circadian biology and our health. If we block natural light during the day and then
expose ourselves at night to artificial light, that is disastrous to our health.

We are worshiping an alien sun and we’re blocking God’s Sun or Nature’s Sun. I will talk way
more about artificial blue light especially at night when we go into unknown death causers,
blue causes reason number one, circadian rhythm destruction and I also have a webinar where
I’ve done three circadian biology webinars and you can watch the first part in the group
andImprovement Warrior University for Canadian Biology one, it just gives you a background of
circadian biology and what happens with everything in it.

Blocking blue light is one of the most critical things we need to do in our modern world if we
want to either remain healthy, reverse disease, or become the optimal version of ourselves.
There are a lot of companies out there that are now making it more stylish than ever to join the
ranks of biohackers across the world. Blue blockers are essential for keeping your dopamine
levels up and exiting the Matrix.

I have personally been using Midwestern Light Therapy as my go-to errand and grocery store,
as well as my after-sunrise glasses. Check them out, as well as the others I have used and
recommend, at improvementwarriorfitness.com/blueblockers. For blue blockers from
Midwestern Light Therapy, use code “ImprovementWarrior10” for 10% off. You can also pick
out blue light-free light bulbs and red light therapy devices. Remember, your light environment
is more important for your health than the food you eat or the exercise that you do.

Reason number two is hormones and all these tie intimately together. Light through the eyes at
sunrise tells our suprachiasmatic nucleus to talk to our anterior pituitary gland to turn on the
morning hormone factory. Those are going to be cortisol, testosterone, estrogen,
pregnenolone, progesterone, DHEA, and basically all the other sex steroid hormones. When
this is blocked, either due to sunglasses, driving in a car without the windows open, or just
completely ignoring the sunrise, the wrong signals are sent, and things begin the breakdown
process.

Sunrise will send the wrong signals through the eye, and things will begin the breakdown
process, again, the most important thing for a human is seeing the sunrise. Before September
2018, I probably never, ever on purpose saw the sunrise. If I did, it was because I was up and
driving to work or something, but I probably had the windows up, and it was bad. Alright, but
the breakdown process—what’s that included? You’re going to lose energy, and that is going to
be typically the first thing that you will notice, then you’re going to need coffee, caffeine, or
simple processed carbohydrates to get your day going, and you’re going to still need those
throughout the day. Because if you’re constantly wearing sunglasses, you’re going to block the
signals from the Sun, and the Sun gives you information and energy. But think of the sunrise as
Nature’s cup of Joe—it’s Nature’s coffee.

Blue light from the Sun is our actual timekeeper. When it is in the sun, blue light is always
balanced by red frequencies and all the other frequencies, as opposed to fake light, which
most people are exposed to at sunrise instead of the natural sun. The first thing you wake up
to and see is your blue-lit phone. That’s going to send the signal to release the wrong
hormones. Many people talk about cortisol as the stress hormone, but “it’s Bad cortisol
causes stress hormone, it causes you to have stress and all this stuff.”

Cortisol is not bad, cortisol is bad when it gets out of whack, just like every single other
hormone. If insulin gets out of whack, that’s bad, but insulin is there for a specific purpose.
Remember when I started this, I said nobody has a weight problem, they have a hormone
problem, or a circadian rhythm problem that controls the hormones.

Reason number three for sunglasses being bad is, and this is probably the biggest issue,
blocking of UV light (ultraviolet light). Remember our Master Clock is the SCN, the
suprachiasmatic nucleus, which sits right behind the retina. Our largest organ is our skin,
which also holds many different circadian clocks in it, and all these clocks want to talk to each
other. sunglasses, contacts, and eyeglasses that are kept over the eye when you’re outside,
and while I’m at it when the windows are closed, this will block the communication. You will
not receive the proper signal. We first make vitamin D in our…skin from UVB light. , we can’t do it properly, as well, or make as much if the eyes are blocked. ,
and also if cholesterol is blocked by statins. Sulfated cholesterol, well first, sulfate turns into
sulfate in the body, converts into cholesterol, and then that cholesterol converts into sulfated
cholesterol. And then that sulfated cholesterol goes on to make sulfated vitamin D., but if the
eyes are blocked or you never go outside, that conversion cannot happen. And also, if you’re on
a statin,
Drugs, which you should not be. I did a four-part webinar series in the Improvement Warrior
University group going over cholesterol why it is a vital, vital substance, and why we’ve been
lied to about it since the mid-80s. Statins are one of the things that keep big Pharma in
business; it’s a 30-plus billion-dollar-a-year industry. Yeah, it’s not healthy. One thing I will say
before moving on is that cholesterol is one of my big projects or passions, and teaching
people about it teaches people about the truth.

I mean, I’m very passionate about teaching people the complete truth about health because
we’re lied to about basically everything. The sun and sunglasses and all that stuff started way
back in the 50s and 60s, it’s all been part of the plan. But the one thing I will say about
cholesterol is if you have cholesterol that is average to low, that’s under 200, that is the group
that had the highest rates of death from artifacts and all-cause mortality. , and that is because
cholesterol is one of the most protective things that we have against inflammation, and all
inflammation eventually leads to disease. Check out that cholesterol webinar if you are
interested in the absolute truth about cholesterol. Alright, now we make the proper amount of
melanin, which is skin pigmentation.

Think of it as tanning. Alpha MSH makes us tan in our bodies. Melanin is the most
photo-protective thing that we have in our body, it is a natural sunscreen, and it is everywhere.
Your hair has melanin in it, which is why when your hair goes gray, it’s losing its melanin. Dr.
Jack Kruse just did probably the most epic podcast on melanin on the Tetragrammaton podcast
with Rick Rubin, the music producer, and Dr. Andrew Huberman. I highly suggest listening to
that. I learned more in that podcast than I did in my entire college career. So, I’m going to be on
my second. listening right now.

There are two parts: the first part is about four hours, and the second part is about two and a
half hours, but it is epic. It’s better than any college lecture I ever had. I’m going to go through it
multiple times, take notes, and then bring you that information as well. But listen to it on your
own. Also, check out his talks from Nourish Vermont 2016 to 2018, which I have watched or
listened to, combined, probably over 90 to 100 times. Proper repetition, repetition is the mother
of all learning as long as you implement it. If you’re going to watch or listen to this, watch or
listen to other podcasts and other things, and then just sit on your ass and do nothing,
nothing’s going to change.

Melatonin is a hormone most people know, but most people know it as the hormone of
darkness or the sleep hormone. People think, “Oh, I’m going to take melatonin supplements to
help me sleep.” Nah, that’s a bad idea. The reason is that melatonin is made in UVA sunlight
and ultraviolet A sunlight. After the sunrise comes UVA light. Sunglasses, contacts, and
glasses block this production. Now, some contacts do not block UV, but I’m pretty sure all
glasses and all sunglasses do. You would have to check with your manufacturer to see if the
contacts block UV. However, if you continue to wear the contacts, your cornea and eye are
going to suffer, and eventually, you’re going to get bigger eye problems than usual.

Starts with myopia, which is nearsightedness. Nearsightedness is a disease, just because
everybody has it doesn’t mean it’s not a disease and it’s not a problem. Contacts only address
the symptoms; they don’t address the root causes. Same thing with just getting a prescription
drug and continuing the prescription drug rather than fixing the problem. , did it block that
production? They block UV light. what happens is your sleep suffers.

When we wake instead of feeling refreshed and ready to go, we need coffee, we need pastries,
we need simple sugars to supply the body with a dose of quick energy that doesn’t last, and
that cycle just repeats and repeats until we say enough, but unfortunately most people are
never going to say enough because we’ve been programmed by cancer institutes,
dermatologists, ophthalmologists, etc., the sun is bad, and we need to block it, especially on
our eyes. , the diseases that follow myopia, you’re going to have AMD (Acute Macular
Degeneration).

People can have detached retinas and cataracts. One thing that I saw was one thing
associated with sunglasses: cataracts. Most people who get cataracts wear sunglasses. But,
the absolute truth is that our eyes are weak. If you feel the need for sunglasses your eyes are
just weak. I see people all the time on cloudy days or rainy days they’re still wearing
sunglasses. And the more you wear them the weaker your eyes are going to become and
hence the weaker and older your brain becomes.

Remember, right through the eye is the retina. Right past the retina is the suprachiasmatic
nucleus, which is our master circadian clock. It takes that light information and gives it to the
brain, which then sends it out to the rest of the body where it is needed. The eyes are either the
gateway to health or the gateway to disease—you get to decide. Choose wisely. If you are
looking for a quick and easy guide on how to get started with improving your health to optimal,
then check out my free guidebook in Permit.

Warrior Mitochondria: a 17-step guidebook going over everything from the sun to melatonin, to
water, to cold exposure, to electro pollution, and much, much more. It can get quite confusing
listening to multiple health coaches, blogs, podcasts, videos, etc. Especially with where to start
and where to go next. Check out the guidebook at
improvementwarriorfitness.com/mitochondriac

Most people will not ever even question sunglasses, but that’s why you are listening to this.
Even if you don’t believe me—and I don’t want you to believe me—I don’t want you to listen to
me. I want you to question it because it is the mark of a truly educated mind to take what they
fundamentally do not believe, examine it, and then see where it fits in their life. Like Bruce Lee
said, “Absorb what is useful, discard what is not, and make it uniquely your own.

The best thing to do is try it. Try it for 30 days, try it for 34 days. I have a 34-day light challenge
and a 32-day circadian rhythm transformation challenge. Both of them require you to take off
the sunglasses, and your life will be changed forever. If you do, send me a testimonial on how
you feel. I love getting testimonials from people who have helped by taking their sunglasses
off, taking their glasses off, or just starting to see the sunrise. Alright, yeah, there’s a meme
that I created, it’s a picture of a sunrise, and it says: “Life exists and operates on a quantum
scale.

There are approximately one hundred thousand biological reactions every second in every cell,
and we have trillions and trillions of cells. The electromagnetic force controls the protons and
electrons inside your cells. there are, and it’s a big number—it is eight, hold on, let me count
this—one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve. Twelve times three,
that’s 8 to the 36th power.”

It’s 868,331,761,881,188,649,551,819,441,280,000,000,000. That is the number of different
frequencies of light between 260 and 700 nanometers. That is visible light, but the light goes
all the way up to 3,000 because we’ve got the red, infrared A, infrared B, infrared C,
near-infrared, and all that stuff that we cannot see. Those different frequencies are
programming our body, skin, and eyes. If you wear sunglasses, you’re blocking that signal,
leading to breakdowns in the body. Those frequencies are like the orchestra for us, playing our
song. Without sunglasses, it’s like toddlers playing instruments, leading to chaos and
potentially driving you insane. Reason number four: beta-endorphins and POMC stands for,
pro-opiomelanocortin Melanocortin.

That podcast I mentioned with Dr. Jack Kruse on Tetragrammaton delves deeply into POMC,
beta-endorphins, and melanin. I’m still learning about it. I won’t delve too deeply into the
science, but I believe people should educate themselves. The more you know about
something, the more likely you are to stick with it. If I tell you to follow a diet without explaining
why, most people are likely to fall off the wagon, because they don’t know why; they lack the
understanding of the science behind why they should continue. However, if you grasp the
science and understand the rationale, you’re more likely to sustain it. Instead of repeating the
same actions and expecting different outcomes—Einstein’s definition of insanity—you should
aim for informed actions to avoid modern-day insanity, where you’re not confined to a mental
institution but still not achieving desired results.

Do the same thing over again, like keeping your sunglasses on when it’s hurting you and it’s
weakening your eyes, then that’s an issue. People who follow Jack, basically Dr. Kruse, like my
ability to translate what he says into what normal people speak. I’ll cover POMC and melanin in
a future podcast, but it’s a vital pathway, and guess what creates beta-endorphins in POMC?
Sunlight, unblocked sunlight, no sunglasses, sunscreen is just a step below sunglasses, and
that is a future episode of the Unknown Death Sponsors.

Beta endorphins are basically like an opioid-like substance that is created in us by the sun. It is
nature’s way of telling us we are supposed to be addicted to the sun, not our phone, which is
also a future episode of Unknown Death Causers. In my opinion, the phone is the biggest
detriment to your health, bar none. Well, for most people, I mean, if you’re an airline pilot, then
you’ve got bigger issues than your phone.

The sun makes beta endorphins. It is Mother Nature’s opioid, she wants you to be addicted to
her. And Big Tech wants you to be addicted to your phone, because they make money off of
that over and over and over again., feeling good is super important, and thinking, thinking,
thinking is a big deal. It is a lost art due to the ease that we have a distraction device in our
pocket or purse 24/7.

I made a video talking about two of the biggest music stars ever: George Michael and Michael
Jackson. Both were known for their sunglasses, especially in the primes of their career, which
were the 80s and early 90s. Beta endorphins are made from UVA light, along with a host of
other things that are made in UVA light, such as melatonin, nitric oxide, POMC (which cleaves
into six different things), and dopamine. But sunrise is always the primer for that. UVA light is
the stop sign for our sex.

Story hormones, such as testosterone, estrogen, pregnenolone, DHEA, and vitamin D, are also
sex steroid hormones. Remember, vitamin D is not a vitamin; it is a hormone. The sunrise turns
on those things, and UVA is the stop sign for it to stop or slow the production of a certain one
down and then start another circadian health type of thing or circadian clock thing. So,
everything revolves around the Sun, especially in those early morning hours. It is the most
important time for our health.

How do you tell UVA is out? There are two apps I recommend. I recommend the D Minder app.
Once you put your information in there, get the premium one, which I think is $1.99 or $2.99.
It’ll tell you, based on your latitude, when the sun is and when the vitamin D is out. Most people
think when the sun is out, vitamin D is out, but that is not true. It will tell you how much vitamin
D per minute you are making based on how much skin you have exposed. If you’re wearing
sunglasses, then that number is going to be skewed, but if you listen to this, you should be
taking your sunglasses off from this point on.

The other app I recommend is Sun Position Demo. I just use the free version, but it tells you
the angle of inclination for the sun. Once the sun gets to 10 degrees inclination or above, UVA
light has come out. Then, once the sun goes above 30 degrees inclination, UVB has come out.
At the back end of the day, once it gets under 30 degrees, UVB goes away, and then once it
gets under 10 degrees, that is technically sunset.

Sunglasses block the UV light, and glasses and contacts, depending on the manufacturer, do
the same to a lesser extent. With glasses, the sun can get in through the sides, over the top,
and under the bottom, glasses are not as bad as sunglasses. However, when you block UVA,
you are blocking the ability to make beta-endorphins. Contacts are also problematic because
our cornea gets its oxygen from the atmosphere, and when it can’t breathe, oxygen tension
goes down, causing a downward spiral.

This doesn’t happen overnight, but over decades, much like cigarettes. Nobody dies after one
cigarette, and people can live up to 100 years smoking a pack a day. Similarly, people can live
100 years wearing their sunglasses every single day. However, this doesn’t mean they’re living
optimally. It’s about how you want to live. Do you want to thrive, or do you want to suffer with
modern man’s stuff as you get older? This stuff is going to get worse as you get older because
of that heteroplasmy.

As the respiratory proteins stretch out more and more, bad things start happening. You’re
feeling worse, and you’re trying to find unnatural things or conventional wisdom that we’re told
to do, which hurt us in the long run. Mother Nature is the cure for modern man’s problems. So,
eyeglasses—the fix is easy. When you’re outside, you just pull them down over your nose or
just completely take them off.

Also, remember that myopia, or nearsightedness, is a disease, and like most diseases, it can
be reversed or the symptoms can be greatly alleviated to a great extent. I always say most
diseases are reversible, but most people are not, and that is due to their time in the
dissonance, their mind block, and their beliefs. Someone who is close-minded is not going to
take their sunglasses off; they’re just going to continue on their path to destruction. Beta
endorphins are a natural type of high exercise that will also release them.

When Michael Jackson and George Michael couldn’t get that natural high, they had to turn to
artificial things like pain or sleep pills, spending sprees, and marijuana—things that artificially
raise dopamine as well. The lack of beta-endorphins is one of the biggest reasons for the huge
rise in suicides, especially among younger people. The scariest part is that this includes kids
under the age of 12. At that age, I didn’t even know what suicide was. They’re indoors all day
long, connected to their phones, computers, and televisions. I had a friend who mentioned on a
podcast that kids wear their AirPods in class.

I asked one of my teacher friends, and she confirmed that, yes, they do. AirPods will also be a
future episode of unknown death causes. The average age a kid in America gets a phone is
between seven to ten years old, but a lot of parents will use them as babysitters for even
younger kids. The other day, I saw a teenage boy walking the dog of this one house. I’ve lived
here for four, four and a half years now, and I’ve never seen that kid outside. I see the mom and
dad and the dog all the time, but I never see that kid. That happens all the time, right?

Finally, I find out there’s an actual kid or kids inside there. I found out, I think it was sometime
last year, that I saw these. Two kids, a brother and a sister, I see them all the time, but I found
out there’s a third kid that I never see—he’s a teenager. That’s the biggest problem. It’s the
teenagers. I did a blog post on video games, which is a huge problem and an addiction for
both kids and adults. It was sparked by a kid who was 12 years old and hung himself over
Fortnite. If you are a parent who has a video game-addicted kid, or you are addicted or even
just playing.

Occasionally, read my blog post—it will give you some tips on how to play and when to play. It’s
at improvementwarriorfitness.com/videogames I also just found out that 80% of all suicides
are boys or men. One of the biggest reasons for this is because, as boys and men, we are not
taught to talk about our feelings or even express them. Holding them in until things break
inside of us is not wise; it is not healthy. Stress is, I think, number 10 on my 14 Pillars of Health
webinar.

I had thoughts of suicide for a few years, and I know keeping it inside was one of the big
reasons. Women and girls talk about this kind of stuff weekly, sometimes daily, some of them
probably hourly. One of the other reasons I had those issues of depression, anxiety, and
thoughts of suicide weekly was that I had no purpose whatsoever. I was drifting and drifting. I
had no life goals. I just went to work, ate—six or seven times a week, went to the gym, and then
I would come home and watch Netflix for the rest of the night.

Back then, it was Netflix where you had a DVD, put it in the mail, and they would mail you DVDs
back, a little off-topic or low-rent there. But who else in the music world besides George
Michael and Michael Jackson? Any suicides, other suicides, or drug overdoses? Suicides
among rock stars include Kurt Cobain, the Soundgarden guy, the INXS lead singer, Lincoln
Park’s frontman, and Naomi Judd—I just found that out. Drug-related overdoses in the music
industry include Janis Joplin, Elvis, Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, Amy Winehouse, Whitney,
Prince, and on and on.

Prince and Jimi also wore big square sunglasses, and I’m pretty sure Whitney did as well.
Bono, U2’s frontman, has glaucoma, and he is also known for his sunglasses. Glaucoma is one
of the worst eye diseases you can get; basically, it means you’re going blind. So, that’s a
progression of bad eyes. Again, I had thoughts of suicide, depression, and anxiety in my
mid-20s. I herniated my disc in 2004, which also led to sciatica, but I pushed through the pain
for nearly three years.

When the pain got too great to bear anymore, I stopped working out, which was probably my
only source of natural beta-endorphins. I lost 71 pounds in six months, with the first 50 pounds
lost in the first three months. I rarely, if ever, went outside. I worked in collections, which only
made my life more depressing. I couldn’t work out for nine months. On a positive note, I did
heal my back completely without drugs, doctors, or medical intervention, because who knows
what would have happened if I got put on depression and anxiety drugs.

That’s just one more thing that the sun makes in us that we need daily. Thinking back on it,
when I did start working out again, I was doing at least 50% of my workouts outdoors, using
sleds, kettlebells, and playgrounds as my gym. This was thanks to a trainer, Zach Even-Esh,
that I found on YouTube who trained athletes that way. He also has a podcast called The
Strong Life Podcast, which I highly recommend.

Listening to that, I still listen to it—it’s a good one. That was back in 2007, the year I started my
business, and I found my purpose, at least my first purpose in life: to help people get better, get
strong, get fit, and train athletes and whatnot. So, yeah, basically the weak human needs to
leave and the weak-eyed human needs to leave—take the sunglasses off. I also found out one
very important thing about sunglasses and indoor use: artificial blue light is bad.

That is why I always block it when I’m indoors. I block it on my eyes and block it on my skin.
So, I am bold—if you see me at night or inside with artificial blue light, I will have a hat on.
Again, future episodes of unknown death causers coming up. At night, artificial light is even
worse because the pupil will dilate, more blue light will crash into the fovea and that will
elongate the eye. When you wear sunglasses indoors, the pupils dilate, allowing more blue
light to enter the eye than without.

Remember, sunglasses do not block visible light. Blue light is visible light. Did Michael
Jackson or George Michael ever wear their sunglasses indoors? Yes, the same with Bono and
Prince. Michael wore them to the Grammys. George, in his documentary, said when he was
around others, he virtually always had them on and couldn’t look people in the eye. A celebrity I
am trying to help, who wears sunglasses indoors all the time, is Donnie Wahlberg. I’ll be
sending this to him. Hopefully, he will listen.

Free coaching session, Donnie, let’s go. This is going to be a multiple-part discussion on
sunglasses, taking them off, and why they’re bad. The last section is dopamine. Dopamine is
something you’ve probably heard of before. Those who spend most of their lives in man-made
light blocking the Sun never make enough dopamine in their eyes or frontal lobes. Dopamine
creation is always linked to melatonin creation. When your melatonin level is destroyed, it
opens the door to mitochondrial diseases because melatonin controls all aspects of
mitochondrial DNA repair.

We talked about mitochondrial DNA having 37 genes, and it controls 13 of those, which are for
the respiratory proteins and electron chain transport. That is why sleep is regenerative. If your
sleep is poor, you are not healthy and are slowly dying. I did a podcast going over 36 sleep tips
with another part still to come. It’s on improvementwarriorfitness.com/iwp7 or your app, you
can just download episode seven. Nobody makes the link for sleep back to AM light, but I put
the most important frequencies of the Sun as sunrise, then again when UVA light shows up at
an angle of 10 degrees or more. Download the Sun position demo and the D Minor app.

The final one is sunset. If you are starting with the Sun and have been wearing sunglasses for
a long time, you probably have a low vitamin D level. Remember, the Sun makes vitamin D. I
didn’t discuss supplements, but taking a vitamin D supplement is not the same as getting it
from the Sun. It is like going into the gym, watching me do a workout, and then posting on
social media like you had a workout. It’s not the same. We need sulfated vitamin D, which you
don’t get from a pill because it doesn’t go through the process of sulfating cholesterol to
sulfated vitamin D.

Without AM Sun, you cannot regenerate melatonin. I’ll say it again, without AM Sun, you cannot
regenerate melatonin. If your body makes it, you are not designed to take it. Taking melatonin
harms your body’s natural ability to make it. Dr. Jack Cruz states that rock stars never make
enough dopamine in their eyes or brain and as a result, cannot make enough endogenous
beta-endorphin or endocannabinoids. The modern human environment has radically changed
the incident light source from the Sun to man-made light, especially in entertainment and
musician jobs, who work at night under artificial light for decades. It should be no shock that
these people engage in drug use to get the dopamine surge from drugs that they are missing
from endogenous opioid beta-endorphin or endocannabinoids. Big words, they wonder why
and I just shake my head in disbelief.

We found out Robin Williams developed a video game addiction the year before he killed
himself. Could the two be linked? Blue light could cause depression and low melatonin levels.
In humans, the most well-studied coupled cycles are circadian rhythms tied to incident light.
Healthy humans with strong redox potential have plasma concentrations of endocannabinoid
anandamide and beta-endorphin and normally exhibit a specific circadian rhythm that follows
AM sunlight exposure.

What happens when these endogenous chemicals are missing, you cannot sleep and seek
drugs to try to get the Quick Fix, to sleep again. Think of Carrie Fisher, Chris Cornell, Michael
Jackson, Robin Williams, Tiger Woods, and Chester Bennington. The link and picture below yet
again show you the telltale signs of low dopamine human looks like, and how the process
begins. It is not genetic; it is an environmental light disease that destroys their ability to
regenerate and make the chemicals a human brain needs to function properly.

These biomolecules can only be made in full-spectrum solar light. If we live a life that changes
the spectral density of incident light via the eyes or skin, what does it take to start down a path
when the physics of your environment change the physiology of your life and thus your life?
People laugh about this causative link only because they show ignorance of the effect of light
on biology. Here is another story to show how quantum biology reality is here and now.
How much longer will you remain ignorant of this science? It should be clear to the
mitochondria that nature built us to be addicted to the Sun because of beta-endorphin. The
endogenous opioid system makes us addicted to AM Sun by releasing beta-endorphin with
anandamide during AM Solar exposure. Without this stimulus, you get the lives of Bennington,
Williams, Fisher, Jackson, Woods, and Cornell. This is why the USA’s opioid crisis is exploding.
It’s time we talk about it out loud and in public. In summary, take the sunglasses off,
strengthen your eyes with sun gazing at sunrise and sunset, and eventually build your life back
to health. Sunrise is supposed to be our morning cup of coffee, not an actual cup of coffee,
Monster, Red Bull, Pop-Tarts, or whatever. Sunrise and sunset have zero UV, you can look
directly at them. However, if your eyes are weak when you first start and you cannot look
directly at the sun, you’re blinking a lot or tearing up, look off to the side. We don’t want to be
squinting either; if you’re squinting, just keep looking off to the side. You might have to be
completely turned away from the sun and looking at the sky to have this happen.

We are building it back slowly. People who avoid the sun all winter and then take a vacation to
Florida or Mexico or someplace like that, and basically, they go to the beach and then get burnt
and they wonder why they get burnt because they don’t have a solar callus built up. Sunrise is
like a warm-up during your workout, and then UVA is when you’re starting your work sets,
you’re working the weight up to you’re your heaviest set. Then the heaviest set is the midday
sun when UVB is strongest and you’re making the most vitamin D.

But you’re not going to be able to make it, if you skip the sunrise and UVA, that’s when bad
things can happen, all right burning and all that stuff. , but that’s for part two and all that stuff,
there’ll be a lot more coming up. Thank you for watching the webinar and the podcast. For the
podcast, we’re always looking for ratings, on Apple, Spotify, wherever you can rate and
comment, and all that stuff always looking for five stars, but please be honest. I try to put the
