    I met Jason Yun during an event at the Mid-Ohio Foodbank. We learned about ways to be healthy, how to donate to the foodbank and then were given a tour of the new facility. Jason was there to promote his boot camps. He demonstrated some of the exercises campers complete when they participate and gave wonderful healthy tips.

    I have to admit, I was intimidated at first. I wasn’t sure if I could do it. I ended up winning a month free of boot camp from the event. Though intimidated and not sure if I’d be able to complete all of the circuits, I went anyways. It’s been one of the best decisions I could have made!

    Jason keeps it real in his explanation and promotion of his camp. It was a type of exercise I hadn’t done before but like he said, it was worth it!

    My first month was challenging and I had to get used to the intervals and circuits but it didn’t take long to get it down. I’ve been with his boot camp for about three years now and enjoy it so much! It’s become a part of my daily routine. I’ve seen differences in my body and most importantly my energy level and the way I feel throughout the day.

    Jason’s Bio:

    Jason Yun is a graduate of The Ohio State University, with an earned Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sports and Leisure Studies with an emphasis in fitness, coaching, and recreation. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Is a Kettlebell Athletics Instructor (KBA). Is a certified United States Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach (USAW SPC). Is a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN). Has achieved his certification as a Youth Fitness Specialist (Levels 1) (YFS(1)) through the International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA), and is currently working on Level 2 and 3.

    Was inducted into the Fitness Business Insider Hall of Fame (October 2011) for his continued dedication towards clients and the fitness industry as a whole.
