Fitness Group Training Workouts Schedule

Down below you will find our schedule for the year. The schedule is not set in stone, and is to help prevent overtraining. High Intensity  Training like we do at Improvement Warrior Fitness, needs periodic breaks to help the body and the mind recover.

If you are new Improvement Warrior Fitness Hilliard (West Columbus) Group Strength & Conditioning Training, the Phase #’s are just our way of tracking our Improvement Warrior’s goals (fitness, weight loss, inches, fat loss, etc…) You can start anytime of the year for your complimentary trial or paid trial.

2017 Calendar

2018 Calendar will be created first-second week of December 2017

Phase #1 2017– January 3rd (Tuesday)- January 28th (Class from Monday January 2nd will be made up on Tuesday January 3rd for the morning classes and Friday January 6th for the evening classes)
–4 weeks on, 1 week off

Transition week: January 29th – February 5th 

Phase #2– February 6th to March 4th
–4 weeks on, 1 weeks off

Transition week: March 6th- March 12th

Phase #3– March 13th to April 8th
–4 weeks on, 1 week off

There is regular class on Memorial Day 5/29/17
