Below is our schedule for all upcoming classes (this includes adult and youth), as well as any special events (nutrition seminars, charity workouts, lunch and learns, etc…)
To view our Yearly Schedule please click here. Please note that our adult fitness program goes in phases throughout the year: First 8 phases are 4 weeks on and then 1 transition week. Phase 9 and 10 are different due to the holidays. The Transition week is when we do our Assessments for constant improvement of our Improvement Warrior Clients.
