Improvement Warrior Fitness Class Schedule

Below is our schedule for all upcoming classes (this includes adult and youth), as well as any special events (nutrition seminars, charity workouts, lunch and learns, etc…)

To view our Yearly Schedule please click here. Please note that our adult fitness program goes in phases throughout the year: First 8 phases are 4 weeks on and then 1 transition week. Phase 9 and 10 are different due to the holidays. The Transition week is when we do our Assessments for constant improvement of our Improvement Warrior Clients.

    Hi, I would like to scheduled for Wed at 6 but don’t have a google calendar. How can I make sure you know I’m coming? I have a metabody pass that still has 3 more weeks on it. Thank you.

    The google calendar is just a list of classes. Just come to the classes you want to do and sign in on the big checkin board

    We currently don’t have Yoga classes anymore. ALthough we are looking for new instructors.

    Howdy would you mind stating which blog platform you’re using?
    I’m planning to start my own blog in the near
    future but I’m having a difficult time deciding between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal.
    The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique.
