We currently have our group strength & fitness classes training studio in Hilliard, behind the Kroger’s on Cemetary Rd & Across from the Post Office on Leap Rd. Our schedule is below:
Improvement Warrior Fitness training sessions that we call F.L.O (fat loss opportunity) are designed to deliver the greatest impact in only 35-45 minute sessions. Using total body interval strength & conditioning training these get the most out of you by incorporating the muscle building benefits of strength training, and the cardiovascular and fat loss benefits of ‘cardio’ circuit training.
Please note: We do no traditional ‘cardio’ or running at IWF.
No IWF FLO has to ever be the same! Each exercise in our IWF training sessions has multiple REGressions and PROGressions to accommodate a client who has been with us for 5 years, 5 days, has an injury, or is recovering from one. Each week you will experience different types of FLOs to ensure that you are continually making progress towards your goals.
Our FLOs primary goal is to move you up to the next Level of our FitRanX Assessment System.

Most group training programs focus on getting you tired and feeling like you just had ‘an awesome workout’, but IWF is different! Our primary concern is injury prevention then followed by strength & fitness gains. Why? Because if you get injured everything you gained up to that point is for naught and it will be like starting over or close to it.
This allows our IWF program to be tailored to your specific needs and abilities.
Our coaches (we do not employ trainers) are constantly implementing our Red Light System to keep you safe and injury free throughout the FLO. And our mobilizations help you to improve your posture and relieve soreness, tightness, pain, injury, and keep you supple & limber throughout your day.

‘In my young adult life, I was never really a workout person. I enjoyed walking but that was about it. I was a bit intimidated the first day going to my Improvement Warrior Fitness class.
