Saturday Specialty Themed Classes

Saturday classes in Hilliard with a theme. Your first class is free. Themes range from Kettlebell Khaos to TRX-Plosion to AAA-Advanced Abs & A$$ to Powerfit and more………. Body Fat & Girth Assessment-

This is a body fat test done through the Body Metrix Ultra Sound System. You can instant feedback and a .pdf of health concerns, where you compare to others, BMI, and measurements around the body. This is more accurate then calipers. Click here for more information.

You can have Improvement Warrior Fitness owner Jason Yun come into your company, group, or organization to do a health/nutrition/fitness talk.
