Saturday Improvement Training
The Weekend is no time to stop Improving your Body, Health, and Mind!
Every Saturday at our Hilliard Studio (4601 Leap Ct, 43026) we offer a special class for our adults. Kids 12 and up are also welcome (We do have a youth specific program here).
Our regular schedule goes in phases throughout the year. Usually at a 4 weeks on and one week transition week, except for the last 2 phases of the year due to the holidays. Check out our yearly schedule here. Read about why we have transition weeks here.
So are Phase for the Weekend schedule usually looks like:
- 4-weeks of Themed Saturday Improvement Training
- 1-Week of free Group Fitness class.
Different themes will include but are not limited to:
- Kettlebell Khaos
- MOB MET CON (Mobility/Metabolic/Conditioning)
- Advanced Abs and A$$
- Abs, A$$, and Arms
- Metabolic Mayhem
- Power cardio
- Super SLO FLO
