Goal setting in my opinion is one of the top 3 things that will change your life for the better permanetly. I know it did myself.
I used to be one of those people who every Janaury 1st would set my New Year’s Resolutions for the year and then 1-2 months later be like ‘whatever happen to those goals?’
Oh well, I’ll wait till next year 🙁
Or I would read about goal setting or read a book about ‘YOU NEED TO SET GOALS’. Then I’d go out and set them and just forget about them.
Well, that is not how you change a life.

My life has changed a lot since opening my business in 2007. So much so that I actually created an online coaching program where I ‘guide’ people on how to become goal setters and strivers. And that is key– You have to be striving towards your goal everyday in order to change.
